Executive Management Team

Phil Walton – CEO & Managing Partner

Phil is CEO and Managing Partner of PW Global. He has wide corporate experience as Director and Advisor and dynamic leader with 40 years of large-scale P&L, business management in the global financial services industry.

He has technology experience with financial services organizations and technology firms. Mr. Walton has deep knowledge in the global financial services industry with executive leadership, executive sales management, customer relationship management, retail and consumer banking, core banking, branch banking, mobile and call center technology, credit card processing, mortgage processing, insurance, wealth management, brokerage and capital markets.

His corporate clients have included IBM, Dantex Group, Hewlett-Packard and Bank of America. Phil is focused on delivering business value to financial and global trade organizations. He has worked in many industries including Retail, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Government.

Phil Santoni – Chief Strategy Officer

Phil Santoni is a founding member of the firm, and serves as Chief Strategy Officer of PW Global.

He is an experienced CEO, CRO, and Channel Executive with 30+ years of providing integrated technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients including Hewlett-Packard. Led sales and sales management with large technology companies and founded, grew, and successfully exited two system integration companies.

Phil is passionate about integrated solutions and managed services in the Customer Experience (CX), Artificial Intelligence and automation markets, integrating these solutions to create knowledge-based applications to enable global transformation.

Michael North – Chief Investment Officer

Michael North has served as Chief Investment Officer of PW Global since October 2025. He is also Chairman of Galaxy Trade and Technology, a leading supplier of magnesium and allied products to world markets.

Michael is an executive at Asia-Pacific Group, which builds trade and investment between America and partners in Asia, and a founding member of Pacific Royalties, an asset management advisor founded in partnership with Arthur Lipper, that develops financing vehicles using revenue royalties.

He is a co-founder of Greenstar, a green energy and media company that installs solar-powered community centers in remote villages in the developing world. He was the original founder and CEO of North Communications, a public access network company that pioneered the use of touchscreens for banks, retailers and government agencies worldwide. Okey Daniel Onwubalili – African Representative

Okey Daniel Onwubalili is one of the Representatives for Africa of PW Global. He is an entrepreneur and experienced business and church administrator, with passion in mentoring micro and small businesses and developing simple business template peculiar to companies operating environment.

He is the founder of Apple Eye Centre Limited, specialized in occupational vision in Nigeria and Neurban Optical Ltd, an ophthalmic equipment supplier. Daniel has experience working with new foreign entrants into the oil and gas sector in Nigeria and mineral sectors in other African countries.

He has uncommon insights to help investors navigate through challenges common in the procurement sector in Africa.

John Kofi Annan – African Representative

John Kofi Annan is one of PW Global’s distinguished Representatives in Africa. He is a tech coach, entrepreneurship & responsible leadership trainer, management consultant, public speaker, corporate administrator, entrepreneur and Pan-Africanist.

He champions digital education and entrepreneurship among young people and SMES in Africa. He professional journey spans over 15 years across Ghana, Nigeria and other parts of Africa. Mr. Annan is the Founder/CEO of Innovative Digital Entrepreneurship Academy (IDEA), a digital training and research hub in Ghana and Nigeria, empowering African youth, women and students in universities, churches and communities with digital entrepreneurship and AI skills.

His impact cuts across over 35 countries in the world, with focus on Africa.

Roger Epstein — Legal Advisor

Roger Epstein serves as Legal Advisor to PW Global, providing review of legal contracts, international strategic planning, and coordination of legal counsel. He is a nationally recognized expert in U.S. and international tax law, with extensive experience in corporate and partnership structures, real estate finance, and international estate planning.

From 1972 to 2016, Mr. Epstein was a Partner at Cades Schutte, Hawaiʻi’s largest law firm, and chaired its Tax Department from 1985, handling complex state and federal matters, including cases prepared for the U.S. Supreme Court. An honors graduate of Georgetown Law School, he began his career as an IRS Agent and later served in the National Office of the IRS in Washington, D.C.

He is a co-founder of the U.S.–China Legal Network, helped establish cooperation agreements between the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association and counterparts in Shanghai and Suzhou, and served as a guest professor at Beiwai University Law School in Beijing. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a recipient of the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association’s Greeley-Key Award for Innovation in the Law for his work on forgiveness projects and restorative justice.
